The card reader is on the back of the models that have a card reader.

The latest models without built-in card readers, require using an external USB card reader.

If it is a new 2021 24" model they do not have one, otherwisw please look on the back.

If you have a Micro SD Card, then you need to put it into a Micro SD to SD adapter before you can put it into the iMac's SD card slot.
