Original app purchase receipt

I am locked out of my Roblox account and they will only reset it if I can show receipt of purchase because and didn’t set it up with a backup phone or email. How can I get a receipt. I was able to take a screen shot of my purchase made through the media and purchases but they said I cannot use a screen shot I need to attach a receipt. Any suggestions on hold I can get my purchase receipt?
