More disk space

I need to update to Big Sur and need more space. How do I do that?

You delete any unnecessary items or you move enough files to an external drive until you have enough storage space. You will need to have at least 36GB to 50GB depending on how you will install Big Sur.


Make sure the Trash is empty. Check the "Downloads" folder for items to delete.
