Hi,
Is there any physical damage on the Touch Bar? If there is no damage you need to contact Apple Support so the can run some tests and see if your MacBook needs an in warranty Top Case replacement.
No dammage on the Touch Bar.
How do I contact Apple Support ? (Device bought via internet at Apple).
Thanks for your advice.
