Is there a phone scam saying that an IPhone 12 Pro has been ordered on your account and appears to be suspicious and then give a phone number to call customer support

Apple will absolutely never call you out of the blue for any reason.
Purchases are verified online and produce confirmation emails and invoices. Apple has no way of knowing if anything you ordered is suspicious or not, so would never even send an email for that reason, much less call you.
Ignore the calls, and block the number.

If you get an unsolicited or suspicious phone call from someone claiming to be from Apple or Apple Support, just hang up.
You can report scam phone calls to the Federal Trade Commission (U.S. only) at reportfraud.ftc.gov or to your local law enforcement agency.
