Separated watch face

How can I make a complaint regarding my Apple Watch which separated due to the battery swelling? Please don’t suggest calling Apple support because I already did & because it’s out of warranty & I live in a rural community my only option available is to pay an additional $222.81 to use a product that has no damage except for the defective battery that Apple install in the product! I am extremely unhappy with this service & product!
