Beat Flex not charging
I just purchased a Beat Flex head buds. Luckily I had a charger it fit but it won’t hold a charge. Very disappointed and will be returning it. Any advice on a fix for not charging would be appreciated.

It sounds like you're having trouble with your Beats Flex, and we can help.
First, you may want to try to Reset your Beats earphones and see if there is any improvement. If not, your next best option would be to look into service and replacement options and Contact Apple for support and service.
