Hi Lilbeaks,

welcome to the Apple Community, where some of us do our best to help each other :)

So, am understanding callers do not hear you answer their calls to your watch.

Wondering if:

  • People you make calls to can hear you ok.
  • This is something recent, or has always been like that.
  • Your wifi or cellular connection may not be strong iat the place you are.
  • Your watch microphone may be greyed out or is enabled ok.
  • Battery power may not have sufficient left.
  • Watch may be in airplane mode
  • Watch may be muted
  • Watch may not be lifted high enough for others to hear you.

Apple Support have an article that may help you spot the reason.

Use Control Center on Apple Watch

https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/watch/apd06bc15da1/watchos

and

The Apple Watch status icons (can help you check things eg: if the microphone is on if someone cannot hear you.
