lost videos after forgotten password

I forgot my phone's numeric unlock passcode and had to reset using iTunes. When I did this I lost all my videos and pictures. Is there a way to get them back?

If you were sync photos with iCloud, sign into Settings/Your Name using the same Apple ID, then go to iCloud, and turn Photos syncing on. The photos sync is extremely slow. It could take several days or more for the photos to sync.
