Apple Music

Hello! My name is Valeriia and I’ve tried to star free trial from Apple Music for 3 month today, but something went wrong, could you please connect this option for me?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you can't sign up for the Apple Music 3 month trial. We'll do our best to assist.


To troubleshoot the Music app, try: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open


If you were using Wi-Fi on your device, we'd try this while connected to only the cellular network or another Wi-Fi network. In case you have a VPN or anti-virus software installed, we'd recommend to disable these, restart and try again.


Should it persist, then we'd Contact Apple Support
