security/passcode/phone protection

Hi There,

I am wondering if you can help me? I am wanting to know how I can put a passcode on an individual app on my iPhone? I also would like to know if this can be applied to the settings app too?

My reason for this is I am wanting to protect the settings on my sons phone and place some parental controls on there to keep him safe? I have his location shared on find my phone app but every now and then I get notification that I have been removed from this?

I am wanting to know step by step how to prevent this from happening?

You cannot create a unique passcode for specific apps. But you can use Parental Control on your sons device.

Go to Settings and tap Screen Time. ... If you're the parent or guardian of your device and want to prevent another family member from changing your settings, tap Use Screen Time Passcode to create a passcode, then re-enter the passcode to confirm
