I have recently find the colour of the Cellular Data icon on my iPhone's control centre is not a white sign green background. My iPhone's is a light green sign with a green background, as below. Do you guys know what goes wrong with my phone.

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Cellular Data Changes : Set this to ALLOW.
