“Match the requested format” problem

Dear Community,

As I try to fill-in different online forms (such as promos, surveys, etc) I always get the “Match the requested format message” and for sure the filled-in data is correct.

I use an Iphone 12 Pro and other friends (with Iphone 11, for example) do not have this problem.

Appreciate the help!

Messages typing When I start typing a message, suggested words come up below the text box. Those don't come up on my wife's phone. How do we make them appear?

Numbers - iPad … where are paragraph styles? Well… I cannot use the phone in order to fill-in some online forms.

I know the data is correct, because it works from another phone or computer.

So it means it is phone or software related, doesn’t it?

Now, really need a solution to my problem, if available.
