Ceridian Dayforce App on Apple Smart Watch

My company uses Ceridian Dayforce for work schedules which I have downloaded on both iPhone and iPad I have recently been bought an Apple Smart Watch as a gift is there a way to download the Ceridian Dayforce app on the Smart Watch as well as when I went in App Store on watch it was not found or recognised, please tell me what I am doing wrong?? Thank you

Unable to Purchase Apps on the Apple Watch SE If I have paired and unpaired the Apple Watch and both the Apple Watch and my iPhone 7 have up-to-date software, why can't I purchase apps (for the Apple Watch) using just my Apple Watch? (I have already spoken with 3 Apple Specialists.) My question is, can apps really be purchased using only the Apple Watch, or do I have to purchase the apps using my iPhone 7?

Not all phone apps have a compatible watch app,you could ask the apps developer if they intend producing one;
