how do I dispute a charge that i didnt make?

There is a $59.91 and $17.11 charge to my bank account from Apple on 7/14/2021. I do not know what there are for. My husband and daughter both use the same credit card for their Apple ID. I've checked for subscriptions and no one has any for their accounts. There has been numerous charges in the past several months that I am not sure of but these 2 are large amounts that have me really concerned.
