There is a small arrow on the top of the camera when you tap it it’ll show you the size and something like that, it isn’t shown on my camera screen although I updated my phone on 14.6 !

This icon is only visible on iPhone Xs, iPhone XR and later. If you're running an older model of iPhone, even one that is fully updated to iOS 14.6, this option isn't visible due to the type of camera hardware.
