In Denmark, banking in South Affica, i need to install an SA bank app to pay for my Apple ID subscriptions

I am in Denmark, my Apple ID is registered in South Africa. I deleted my banking app from a SA bank hoping to solve a access problem. My Apple ID is now in arrears and a valid payment method is needed, I need to download my banking app to transfer funds.

Can a third person in SA , purchase funds for my Apple ID , i do not have access to my south African vodacom network but use WIFI instead in Denmark .

How can I download my Nedbank banking app without first updating my payment details as I need to transfer funds into my bank card and allow international transactions before it will authorise payment
