Was denied access

I tried to make an appointment to come into the store via the online site but was denied access? I used the password of my Apple ID but I’m not sure why it didn’t work?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

To schedule a Genius Bar appointment, you can find the link to do so here: Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options

Just scroll to the bottom, click the 'Get hardware help' button, and then proceed to select your device and issue.
