Now that Apple Maps offers features closer to those on Google Earth Pro, I'd like to import the locations I already have in the latter into Maps. There are several locations - particularly in Canada - that Maps searches don't yield, particularly when they involve specific lake or mountain names. Is there a way of importing or converting the Google Earth locations into Apple Maps?

Will that data synch onto my Mac desktop? While I use iPad or iPhone for directions while traveling, I use Mac Pro desktop ('13) for memorializing personal locations, such as prior residences or vacation travel. Thanks in any event for the response.
Sorry, I have no experience with the app. I just found it and reported it.
Through iCloud the locations are synced in Apple Maps. I guess the imported location should be visible on all devices using the same Apple ID.

I think you may be over-estimating Apple Maps. Have you used Google's MyMaps service? It is obscure and difficult to find. Here is the URL: https://www.google.com/maps/d/
