Importing locations into Maps

Now that Apple Maps offers features closer to those on Google Earth Pro, I'd like to import the locations I already have in the latter into Maps. There are several locations - particularly in Canada - that Maps searches don't yield, particularly when they involve specific lake or mountain names. Is there a way of importing or converting the Google Earth locations into Apple Maps?

Do you mean importing KML data into Apple Maps?

I've found an iOS/iPadOS app that seems to transfer KML locations into Apple Maps: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/kml-collection-import-maps/id1337982582#?platform=iphone

I think you may be over-estimating Apple Maps. Have you used Google's MyMaps service? It is obscure and difficult to find. Here is the URL: https://www.google.com/maps/d/

Here is one little project I did with it:

I think I was trying to find places that were close to light rail stations but with relatively lower crime rates.
