How does one resolve this issue?
My iPhone 11 volume is very low both on the speaker to hear regular calls (not speaker) and when using the microphone on regular calls.
It will also randomly shift the volume up and down. For example, when browsing on safari, the volume control will just start moving up and down by itself.
Suggestions??

Do you notice this when you have earphones connected to your iPhone? Let's also make sure that both your speaker and receiver are clean as this can affect the sound on your device. Check this out.
