I can't complete my Apple ID information

Hello, I just logged in to my iPad 2 apple ID to start downloading apps from the app store but the app doesn't let me unless I complete my apple ID, then when ever I want to complete and write my information then press "next", it tells me "please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction". Please give me a solution for this problem.
