I redeemed a $30 Apple Card on iTunes last week & didn’t use it I looked at my iTunes amount yesterday to check what the total amount was there & there was only $2.09 how do I find out what happened to the rest of my money?,can I call someone??

Avoiding Scams:
Important: Getting it online and in-person, may result in scams (and plenty are reported). So, next time you purchase one, do so at a retailer, as a way to avoid scams. Add it to your Apple Account right then-and-there after the transaction goes through at the cash register. Elsewise, you'd have to return it, if an option at all.
