You need to make sure only your phone number is checked as an option within the Messages app's preferences. Uncheck the options containing your AppleIDs. Keep in mind anytime you need to reauthenticate or confirm you AppleID on your device, that it has a very good chance of resetting these particular preferences. It is extremely annoying and contradicts having a setting. See this Apple article and the section "You can be reached for messages at":
