My phone pe app is not working due to twelve version I need 13 version how I can installed

You forgot to tell us which iPhone you are using. I suspect that you are using an iPhone 6 or an older model. If you are then you cannot update your iPhone beyond iOS version 12.x.x. You will need a newer iPhone to run iOS version 13/14.
