I received my iPad pro 12.9 5th generation on 14 July under students offer and there is a new offer for students with free air pod from 16 July in India. Is there any possibility that I can receive the air pod now ?

Yes, I just checked. The offer is valid for iPad Air 2020(4th Gen) too.
