Do you use iCloud for Photos with all your devices? The answer to this question should be a YES. Ensure that all your devices are signed into the same Apple ID.
On your Mac
- Choose Apple menu > System Preferences.
- Click Apple ID.
- Click iCloud in the sidebar, then select Photos.
If you have an earlier version of macOS, go to System Preferences > iCloud. Click Options next to Photos, then select iCloud Photos.
