extension of apple care in my ipad pro 2020

I have an apple i pad pro ( 12.9 inch 256 Gb Wi-Fi only 2020 model). It was purchased from Sharf dg shop in Dubai . Still I am lived in Trivandrum, Kerala State.

My device notification shows that I have to renew apple care up to august 2021

How can I extend the limited warranty of device ? how much coast for it ? where did the money pay ?

any apple store retailers in Kerala can do this ?
