Can't transfer Voice memos

I have recorded audio using voice memos in apple watch. I want to listen to it in MacBook or iPhone where I can navigate easily. Could anyone tell me how to do it? Thanks in advance

They should basically sync automatically to your other devices, if you are using the same Apple ID on them, and have turned Voice Memos ON under your iCloud settings.
