missing notes option in outlook.com account
where is the option to add notes to an outlook.com account in the mail settings? It is there for all the other accounts, but outlook.com does not have the slider for Notes

I deleted the account and re-created it as an exchange account. Now the option to add notes is there. (and my missing notes re-appeared) For some reason, notes is not an available option with an outlook.com account.
