Apple ID verification failed

There is no chance to sign out my Apple ID, check payment & shipping or update iOS. Every time me trying to log out I get a message "Verification Failed. There was an error connecting to iCloud". Has anybody has such an issue? I would appreciate your kind advices.

Try another Wi-Fi connection or use only mobile data and try signing out that way. Also, try the steps here:

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
