Downloading with my iPad

Gradually over the past week or so, games (which I have discovered during Covid!), face book and other downloads have stopped working on my iPad which is 18 months old - not sure of the model. On the invoice it has 'iPad Wi-Fi CL 32GB SPG-AUS'. My iPhone is fine in the same area. We do have week NBN but we are being told it's okay. Is there a way to update the iPad? I can't find anything. And I will need my hand held all the way through in any steps - not altogether savvy with the newest technology

What year and model iPad do you have/own?

The “A” model number can be found on the aluminium back of your iPad, in small print, right under the larger bold print “iPad”.

What iOS/iPadOS version is this iPad, currently, running?

Thank you! The print on the back under iPad is way to small for me to read (even with glasses on) but it doesn't appear to be numbers, just words.

In the 'General' section, Descriptions are -

iPad (3)

SW Version: 14.6

Model Name: iPad (7th generation)

Model No: MW6A2X/A

Serial No: DM***DFT

iPadOS 14.6 (and it also says my software is up to date)

You own a 2019, 7th gen iPad, 32 GBs of internal data storage with both WiFi and cellular data capabilities.

iPadOS 14.6 is the latest iPadOS version, to date.

If you go into the Settings app, under the General Settings panel, About, can you tell me how much internal data storage space has been used up by your iPad?

Thank you for being patient! Work last week then we've been away for the weekend. Not sure if this thing may have righted itself. When I last contacted you I had it here with me beside this computer. It did some dancing around, then I could play one or two games that I like. At my son's place over the weekend I was able to access all the games I still have downloaded with no interruptions. I even got to download a couple of new ones. His NBN is apparently very good so maybe that's been the problem all along, even though I thought we were fine here at home.

But to answer you questions regarding storage, it says 'Capacity 32GB'. 'Available 11.65GB'. Is that what you needed? Thanks again.
