"Apple Terms & Conditions - HACKED: [...]When I last tried to sign in with my Apple ID, of course it would as usual not accept my password and when I used the forgotten password feature, I got a call from Mainland China to put in the verification code which I of course did not answer. I have been hacked mercilessly for six and a half months. Is the iPhone really being hacked?"

-------

Two Things:

A. Contact Apple Support:

Where did you purchase this? The only way an iPhone can be hacked is if it has been jailbroken. So, if this is a used phone purchased from a place other than Apple (i.e. a yard sale or eBay), then it may be jailbroken (So, for eBay, contact the site, requesting a return). But, if you purchased this from Apple, then contact Apple Support. Indeed a call from a location that is not yours, seems suspicious; that's what I question.

Apple Contact Us Information:

B. Modify your Credentials-ASAP:

Seeming suspicious, most certainly, consider modifying your credentials. Perhaps someone has them, and you are unaware of it. Start with a new eMail address for your Apple ID.

"Apple Terms & Conditions - HACKED: I got it straight from the Apple Store in a brand new sealed box. Prior to this, I went thru 3 iPhone pro-max(es). How can I tell if my phone is jail broken? I have had it with me all the time. Your assistance will be very much appreciated. When I call Apple, my calls get rerouted."

All is Fine:

  • It wont be jailbroken, if purchased directly from Apple. So, no worries with it being hacked. Where do these get rerouted to? Find the correct contact info here: Contact Us - Choose Locations

"They get rerouted to people who are obviously not Apple. They ask for IDs and passwords, etc. Thank you for the response."

No, I wouldn’t even know how to start jail breaking anything. When I try to reset my password, I get all kinds of runarounds. See images. I get a lot of redirects in URLs and stupid pop-ups like the one below asking me to connect to a specific network (I have a clearer/better picture somewhere). That network is my neighbor’s network. The same issue happens with my iPad. I videoed the entire setup and saved it elsewhere because my videos on the get erased or looped with all the evidence taken out, or deleted. Several strange things have been going on with my iPhones and iPads. I do use two factor, and I have 40 Apple IDs to date because I keep trying to start over again and because I think malware is put on my phone they the cloud. I don’t even use iCloud anymore. My passcode gets captured and changed then my phone gets disabled because I can’t get back in. For weeks I was going to the Apple store almost 3 times a week. If I don’t get blocked I will continue to post some of the strange events on my phones. Is the URL below normal? I question everything now.

Pls see the photos I posted. New here and do not see the text so re- pasting the text.

When setting up my new iPhone 12 or after factory resetting it multiple times at the Apple store (because even after I erase it completely myself and set it up again even with no Apple ID my previous settings appear to be retained), it seems as if someone else is connecting to my phone. I get all kinds of strange errors and strange screen options - for example it’ll knock me off my Apple ID or other screens completely and take me back to the Hello set up etc., however the biggie is that when that happens, I get two different sets of terms and conditions. One has all upper case from the beginning and looks like it is from a different country. When I last tried to sign in with my Apple ID, of course it would as usual not accept my password and when I used the forgotten password feature, I got a call from Mainland China to put in the verification code which I of course did not answer. I have been hacked mercilessly for six and a half months. Is the iPhone really being hacked?
