Has the bluetooth issue been solved with BigSur?
I purchased a new iMac (2021) and it does not recognize my Logitech MX Keys keyboard for mac and my MX Master 3 mouse for mac. What can I do?

I finally found a message, which recommended the I turn off FileVault in Security and Privacy in the Preferences. That worked and I can now log on with my Logitech keyboard and mouse.
What did Logitech support say when you asked them?
FWIW, I purchased a Logitech bluetooth keyboard for my iPad Pro and I finally returned in for a refund when it simply would not work well or reliably.
They told me to talk to Apple.
I'm using a MX Master 3 mouse for mac with my 2018 mini on Big Sur. It connects fine but every 2-3 mins will stop moving, doesn't show "mouse disconnected" though. It's the same with a Magic Mouse 2.
Thanks for the fast reply. I have to connect a wired keyboard just to get into the new iMac and have to pair the Logitech keyboard and mouse every time I log on.f
That is a typical copout. Third party accessories need to be compatible with the devices they claim to work with. It is not the computer manufacturer's problem. They tried the same thing with me.
