Country setting restricts access to media services

I’ve moved with my iPad from New Zealand to Australia and my Apple account is still NZ based. When I try to access media services like ABC iview I get an error message saying it’s not support in this country. Some how my iPad or via my Apple account I’m still in NZ. How do it fix this please?

Bearing in mind that not all apps are available in all countries, these are the instructions:--> Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
