Country setting restricts access to media services

I’ve moved with my iPad from New Zealand to Australia and my Apple account is still NZ based. When I try to access media services like ABC iview I get an error message saying it’s not support in this country. Some how my iPad or via my Apple account I’m still in NZ. How do it fix this please?
