Can't connect my iphone 12 with my sony sa-d40 audio device!!

hi there! first make sure that you sony sa-d40 audio device is not paired with any other device. your iPhone will not pair with the device which is already paired with other devices. if it is that then try unpairing first and then try to pair with your iPhone 12. if the problem persists then try switching off both devices and try again . hope it will help.

Sony SA D40 not connective issue's pair unsuccessful make sure SA D40 turned on in range and ready to pair.

here the same issue we are facing not able to connect sa-d40 sony system… Hi apple support team whats going here.. you are the world no.1 brand and customer buy this product but you are not aware about this issue… this is wrong apple… i think can you create a ticket and assign to developer so we enjoy your bluetooth connection..
