I am working in Puerto Rico and from the time I arrived my #images or gif button in the message app drawer is gone. If I go to more and try to edit the apps it isn’t even an option to enable it. Is this a regional thing?
Puerto Rico is part of the US but I can’t enable my gif button. Any advice?

From your post it would appear that you are having an issue accessing applications in the add drawer.
