Forgot Screen Time Passcode - No "Forgot Passcode" Button to Select and Change

Help. I am so frustrated. I am attempting to erase data from my old iPhone 8 Plus so I can set up my new iPhone 12 Max Pro. Following the instructions online, I get to the point on my iPhone 8 Plus were I have to enter my Old Screen Time Passcode, but there is no option for a "forgot my password" link as stated in the directions. I have failed 3 attempts and am nervous at some point I will be kicked out. Is there another was to recover the Old Screen Time Passcode? It doesn't look like I can do that from my computer??

Screen Time passcode reset

If necessary, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.

Restore to Factory setting.
