Subscription cancellation

Hi, I need to cancel a subscription and app store is not showing any menu to cancel it and saying it is active?

Cannot cancel App Store Subscription Hi there, I am having trouble with canceling one of my subscriptions. I can access any other canceled subscription, but the menu does not let me into a specific subscription like it would not allow me to cancel it. I have tried to cancel it on my pc and phone and nothing works. The free trial is not set to renew so there is nothing to cancel.

It should not automatically renew once the free month is over.
