Any ideas how to update iTunes WITHOUT updating the rest of the MacOS? Thoughtfully, Adobe and Apple have made it so if I update beyond Mac OS 10.14.6, all of my Adobe software is NO LONGER COMPATIBLE and I have to "subscribe" to use apps I already own and spent $1800 (One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars) on.
iTunes is baked into macOS 10.14 Mojave and cannot be updated independently. Why do you want to update iTunes?

If you purchased a ringtone from the iTunes Store which won't download or play on your phone use the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ site to get in touch with Apple Support. If you purchased the soundtrack album and want to make a ringtone from one of the tracks then download to a computer and use link in my previous post to roll your own ringtone file and copy it to your device.

I have a sound file that my iPhone 8 refuses to let me use as a ringtone apparently I have to update iTunes for it to work
