can I leave a group chat if not everyone is using iMessage. It’s really annoying if not
iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14

No there isn't. You can go in and hide alerts, so you will not be notified and bothered. Unfortunately, with non-iOS users in the thread, the cellular carrier handles the message and you cannot add or remove from the group.
