Still no resolution - passed on hour with the Apple support on the phone and got an email.
Logged into Itunes and new Ipad needs a software update but it doesn't let this happen.
It's going in circle, cannot update because Ipad is being restored from an Icloud backup.
There is nothing to backup on this new Ipad.
I tried to update or restore but nothing is happening.
Tried to restore Ipad - but can't set off Find My - I switch off but when going back, it's again on
Connection in there because I need each time to enter my Ipad lock up code

Thanks a lot, already did this step and reset my password but still get the same erreur message, my new IPad cannot connect with My Apple account.
