The Settings/Subscriptions page says RoboKiller is inactive, and will renew as inactive. When I go to the app, it says I am active. I want to keep it but don't know if I need to do anything.

The Settings/Subscriptions page says RoboKiller membership is inactive, and will renew as inactive. When I go to the app, it says I am active. I want to keep it but don't know if I need to do anything. Does "inactive" under settings mean something different from "active" in the app?

Hello South Beach Bum,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

We understand that you’re seeing the subscription status of a particular third-party app as “inactive” but when you open the app it appears to be “active.” We’d like to help.

We see you’re coming to us from If you don't see your in-app purchases. Are you missing features or content within the app?

Here’s some information on How to cancel a subscription from Apple. Check to ensure the status of the subscription currently.

We would also suggest contacting the app developer directly to inquire about your account status. You can check subscription status through Apple in your device Settings but more specific inquires you’d want to direct to the developer. Here’s How to contact an app developer.

Take care.
