I am using an iPad mini. Can I change from Verizon to ATT? Does this require a new card

Unless your iPad was acquired through a special deal with Verizon,

it is not locked to a wireless provider. You will need to get a new

ATT data only sim - tell them it is for an iPad and not for a cellphone.
