My iPhone X all of a sudden cannot make or receive phone calls. However I can make and receive calls outside of the house and inside anywhere else. What could be the problem?

My signal is good , I enabled WIFI on cellular setting, I tired turning off WIFI and making a call with no success, I also tried all the other suggestions like turning on Airplane mode for a few seconds and then turning off, powering down my phone , removing dim card and reinstalling.
Thank you Lawrence. The crazy thing is that my husband has an iPhone 6 we live in the same house use the same WIFI and he can make and receive calls inside the house but i cannot. Very strange. Never have I experienced this.
Just checked if Verizon had any outages in the area and they don’t. Either way …. My husband’s phone works so that wouldn’t make sense. Don’t know what to do?

Do you have signal bars from your carrier inside your house?
Do you have Wi-Fi calling enabled in Settings/Cellular?
If you turn off Wi-Fi can you make calls from inside your house?
Check with your carrier to see if they have a local outage, and also check this crowd-sourced site to check up on them→Down Detector - outages
Check for a carrier update. Go to settings/General/about and wait a few seconds. If there is one you will be prompted to install it. Also go to settings/General/Reset-reset network settings.
