Changing type of workout on series 3 Apple Watch

The only type of exercise I want to track is walking/hiking. Somehow when I first started using the watch I must have mistakenly touched something saying I was doing a bike ride. I never ride a bike but when I start my daily walk and have the Open Goal screen, the two choices that show up are Bicycle and Outdoor Walk. I wish there was a way to remove Bicycle from my workout choices, so it doesn’t get selected by mistake.

On the watch go into the workout app and there is the long list of workout types,to remove the one's that you don't want, swipe left on the entry and tap the red "X" and this will remove that workout type.
