iPhone 11 Ring/Silent button not working.

My iPhone 11's ring/silent button is not working. I've tried restarting it twice, nothing. I've also tried going through my carrier and they did everything they could on their end, still nothing. It works with Assistive Touch (temporary fix) but not through the physical button itself. The button is not stuck whatsoever. Has anyone else experience this? If so, how did you get it fixed?
