Edu Lobo - Cantiga De Longe, not available in United States?

Hi, so I've recently moved over to using Apple Music and while transferring my Songs and Playlists I noticed that a song I really love wasn't on the platform. Doing more research however, I found out which album the song came from and found out that it is on Apple Music, just not in the United States. I found links to the album on Apple Music but only in other languages like Portuguese, French or Spanish. Is there any reason for it? Maybe just a bug? Is there a way to request certain music to become available in my region? I would really love to be able to keep songs from this album on my rotation. Wondering if there's anyway to do so.
