I can't update my payment method. Apple says it does not accept VISA!! My IOS is up to date. What's next??

You may be having problems using a payment form from another country, or using a gift or pre-paid vard which is not a true credit card.

Apple will continue to tell you to use another payment method. After a call to support this is what I was told:

"Checking on your account some unrecognized charges were reported to your bank, this action made that we disallowed the payment method by Apple side in order to prevent fraud events and protect your funds by our side. This is the reason why you get this error message when you try to add it again, we proceed with those actions in order to protect your security". "I recommend you to contact your card issuer to order a new car to use it in the App Store".

So basically, screw you...go get another card and use that. Apple will not clear the block on your card.

I am unable to use my VISA for my payment method. I have called VISA and my card is not blocked in any way. Why will it not work with Apple??
