can i get help from apple support if i send them invoice that shows s/n of my apple watch ?

i bought apple watch from a seller on ebay , find my watch option was not ON , but after some months i see that watch locked on seller's icloud account , i have paypal invoice that shows serial number of the watch and full name of the seller , can i get any help from apple support if i send them the invoice ?
