Why that when I put my new pin codes for iTunes card is showing that it has been redeemed?

I ordered iTune card for someone who is in New York City while I’m in Dubai and I sent her pin codes when she tried to put pin codes it says that the pin codes entered is invalid. Please help me because it’s $50 dollars
